Re:Build Manufacturing - Enterprise Architect

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise, solution, data, application, or platform architecture. • Pragmatic application of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). • Solid understanding of business systems (ERP, MES, CAD, PLM, QMS, etc.), cloud platforms, distributed systems, integration frameworks, and modern application design. • Strong understanding of AI/ML, data architectures, and modern security frameworks. • Consistent track record to lead and realize large‑scale transformation or modernization initiatives with measurable outcomes. • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and collaborator leadership skills across corporate and technological audiences. • Experience with multi‑cloud or hybrid architectures. • Exposure to product-centric operating models, focused build approaches, and platform engineering. • Experience in regulated government or global enterprise environments. • Experience in manufacturing environments and processes. • Familiar with Lean manufacturing processes. • This is a remote role with 20% expected travel. • In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
