• Arootah is seeking experienced Chief Operating Officers to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
• As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across operations, infrastructure, and organizational execution.
• ## Core Areas of Expertise
• Building, scaling, and optimizing operating infrastructure across alternative investment firms
• Overseeing front-to-back office functions, including operations, finance, compliance, and technology
• Driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partnering with CIOs, founders, and senior leadership on firm strategy and execution
• Leading organizational design, vendor selection, and cross-functional alignment
• Managing growth, transformation, or turnaround initiatives
• Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent senior leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
• Deep understanding of investment firm operations and infrastructure
• Proven track record of scaling businesses, building teams, and driving execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
