• Arootah is seeking experienced Chief Compliance Officers and senior compliance leaders to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
• As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives.
• ## Core Areas of Expertise
• Designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs for alternative investment firms
• Advising on SEC regulations, regulatory reporting, marketing rules, and governance best practices
• Conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal policy evaluations
• Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and institutional due diligence processes
• Partnering with leadership teams to strengthen governance and operational controls
• Managing compliance infrastructure, service providers, and ongoing monitoring frameworks
• Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or equivalent senior compliance leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within alternative investments
• Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
