First Connect Insurance - Enablement Account Manager - CA (SoCal)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of P&C experience including working with Independent Agents • Experience training and developing agency staff • Must demonstrate ability to problem solve and communicate effectively • Must be able to understand and review agency qualifications for appointments and make recommendations on appointments • Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial lines • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills including conducting formal presentations for small and large groups • TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation is desirable • Self motivated; ability to collaborate is a must, but you must be able to work autonomously and are expected to succeed without heavy direction • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to problem solve • Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned Agencies • Regularly schedule and coordinate agent training on an individual basis • Achieve and exceed set sales targets • Leverage cross-sale opportunities with your assigned agents • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute best practices • Use data driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth • Collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to drive improvements • Responsible for the knowledge of all Carrier Markets and Products, Commission Structure, and Appointments

Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
