Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects • Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks • Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform • Ensure execution under demanding timelines • Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency • Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement
