Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, quality, program management, or business process management. • Experience owning and maintaining processes across several teams or workstreams. • Experience designing workflows, writing SOPs, and building documentation templates. • Experience running process review or approval mechanisms. • Working knowledge of lean principles and tools. • Strong ability to work with subject matter experts and turn complex operational knowledge into clear, usable processes. • Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Confluence. • Experience in autonomous vehicles, trucking, logistics, fleet maintenance, or other safety-critical operations. • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, or equivalent lean training. • Experience with quality management systems or frameworks such as ISO 9001. • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where processes were still being defined. • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR. • Experience with workflow tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
Responsibilities
• Own processes end to end.
