• You bring 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing within a D2C / e-commerce environment • You have deep hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, including complex setups, flows, segmentation, and testing • You have experience working with Shopify integrations • You have a strong commercial mindset and are highly data- and results-driven • You demonstrate a high level of ownership and take responsibility proactively • You work in a structured, analytical way and consistently focus on the most relevant KPIs • You thrive in dynamic environments with rapidly shifting priorities • You have a solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations • You are a native German speaker and have strong English communication skills • Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
