Requirements

• Sales & Enablement Mastery: Deep expertise in the B2B technology landscape (SaaS, Cloud, or Infrastructure) with a proven ability to design and deliver sales methodology and leadership programs that demonstrably improve revenue outcomes. • Sales & Enablement Mastery: • Advanced Facilitation & Influence: The executive presence to lead rooms of senior sales leaders and the coaching acumen to challenge and develop experienced Enterprise sellers, ensuring alignment and accountability at all levels. • Advanced Facilitation & Influence: • Instructional Design & Tech Agility: A sophisticated understanding of outcome-based curriculum design across blended modalities, combined with practical proficiency in using AI tools and LMS platforms to accelerate content creation and delivery. • Instructional Design & Tech Agility: • Strategic Collaboration: A track record of working across complex, multi-country organizations (EMEA/LATAM) to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate complex product concepts into simple, persuasive sales stories. • Strategic Collaboration: • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. Responsibilities

• Strategize Regional Performance: Conduct deep-dive discovery with Sales Leadership to identify specific friction points in the sales cycle, translating these business needs into prioritized enablement workplans that move the needle on win rates and pipeline quality. • Strategize Regional Performance: • Design & Localize High-Impact Learning: Architect outcome-based learning journeys that adapt global frameworks into EMEA-relevant playbooks, ensuring content is simplified, actionable, and reflects the cultural nuances of diverse regional markets. • Design & Localize High-Impact Learning: • Facilitate Elite Training & Coaching: Lead dynamic, high-stakes workshops for Enterprise AEs and senior leadership, moving beyond passive training to drive real-world application through deal strategy sessions and rigorous discovery coaching. • Facilitate Elite Training & Coaching: • Scale through AI Innovation: Pioneer the use of generative AI tools to rapidly iterate regional content, create role-based assets (like talk tracks and objection handlers) at scale, and analyze field feedback to continuously refine the enablement engine. • Scale through AI Innovation: • Measure & Optimize Impact: Establish and track KPIs—such as seller ramp time and participation-to-win ratios—to provide data-driven insights to Global Enablement and regional stakeholders, ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement. • Measure & Optimize Impact:
