Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform; this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. • Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs directly to clients, comfortable being in the room before the deal is signed, not just after handoff. • Direct experience managing implementations delivered through third-party partners or resellers, alongside those delivered directly to customers. • Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation), enough to challenge a client's assumptions, not just document them. • Working knowledge of other planning use cases such as workforce planning and others is a bonus. • Track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects with both technical and change-management components. • Ability to read a scope document critically and flag risk before it becomes a delivery problem. • Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies. • Excellent at client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders. • Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement.
