• Hiring Timeline
• Hiring Timeline
• We're intentionally hiring ahead of our clinical expansion. Rather than waiting until launch, we invest in our providers by beginning paid employment during the licensing, credentialing, and onboarding process.
• During the first phase of employment, you'll be compensated while completing:
• Multi-state licensure (company paid)
• Credentialing and enrollment
• As licensure, credentialing, and operational readiness are completed, providers will transition into clinical training and begin caring for Members. We anticipate increasing clinical responsibilities beginning around November–December 2026, with a transition to regular clinical schedules thereafter.
