• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments preferred. • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, highly cross-functional initiatives. • Proven ability to independently lead high-impact projects with significant organizational complexity, competing priorities, and executive visibility. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at synthesizing complex information and providing clear recommendations to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences. • Strong judgment with the ability to anticipate challenges and independently drive resolution with minimal oversight. • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive accountability without direct authority. • Highly organized and proactive, with exceptional follow-through across multiple complex initiatives. • Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments; able to create structure, adapt quickly, and maintain focus on business outcomes. • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams and translating complex information into actionable plans. • Experience with project management platforms such as monday.com http://monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar tools; comfortable working with modern collaboration and AI tools. • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. • We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
