Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role. • Demonstrated experience advising executives and senior leaders in complex, fast-growing organizations. • Deep expertise in employee relations and employment law–related matters. • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. • Proven experience leading teams and driving organizational change. • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification. • Master’s degree or MBA. • Experience in mid-sized, high-growth environments (approximately 500–2,000 employees). • Experience partnering effectively with HR Centers of Excellence.

The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job. • $185,000—$265,000 USD • $235,000—$265,000 USD • $215,000—$240,000 USD • All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance. This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
