Jensen Hughes - Financial Analyst I (FP&A)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience acceptable) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) • Basic understanding of financial statements and key metrics • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Preferred • Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, or reporting • Experience with financial systems or data tools (e.g., Power BI, ERP systems) • Interest in FP&A, partnering with Operations, and financial strategy • AI tools and machine learning exposure • Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
