Requirements

• BitGo is looking for people who are passionate about their craft, take full ownership for their work and projects, and believe in a transparent and collaborative culture with the goal of making BitGo successful. You must be intellectually curious and be interested in learning a little (or a lot!) about a broad range of sectors that utilize blockchain. • 2-6 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech. Client-facing experience preferred but not required. • Experience interacting with and offering white-glove coverage and service to institutional clients • Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody • Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skill • Demonstrated interest in digital assets • Knowledge of any of the following: payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs • Experience in investment or corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or other front office roles in the financial industry

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co-own client relationships. Provide support for live deals, including but not limited to preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with other internal teams. • Become a subject matter expert in fintech & payments • Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products • Work in a fast paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams including trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support. • Responsible for the full sales-cycle. Prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and importantly, close. • Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of BitGo's products and how they meet the needs of a specific client
