Requirements
• Proven Search Expertise: Significant experience in campaign management across Paid Search and hybrid channels (e.g., Performance Max). • D2C Performance: A track record of launching consumer-facing campaigns, ideally within a high-growth digital brand. • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools to synthesise complex information into actionable marketing insights. • Organic Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO/ASO principles and how they integrate with paid strategies. • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate technical marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
• You’ll be joining the Rider Marketing team within Global Operations. We are responsible for ensuring our fleet remains healthy and engaged, using data-driven insights to attract the right riders at the right time. • Platform Management: Oversee campaign setups, budget pacing, and performance optimisations across Search and hybrid channels like Performance Max. • Planning & Forecasting: Execute weekly and quarterly spend planning to inform our global acquisition forecasts and testing roadmaps. • Organic Growth: Audit and action improvements for SEO and App Store Optimisation (ASO) while coordinating website experiments. • Reporting & Analytics: Conduct post-campaign analysis to generate insights that shape future strategy and present performance updates to stakeholders. • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes, collaborating with engineering teams where necessary.
