Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS or data-driven software products. • Strong ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into clear product requirements and development plans. • Experience working closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and manage product execution. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Experience working on analytics platforms, pricing software, or other data-heavy applications. • Experience building products used by operators, analysts, or technical business users. • Familiarity with the multifamily housing or proptech industries. • Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage one or more product areas, helping define requirements and priorities to drive product improvements and new capabilities. • Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring work is prioritized effectively based on customer needs, strategic goals, and engineering capacity. • Translate customer feedback and feature requests into well-defined product requirements and actionable development plans. • Collaborate with engineering and product design to scope projects, refine solutions, and guide development through launch. • Coordinate product execution from concept through release, including planning, testing, and transitioning features from beta to general availability. • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback from Customer Success and Sales to better understand product usage and identify opportunities for improvement. • Analyze product usage, customer workflows, and market trends to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities. • Help establish and improve product development processes as Rentana continues to scale.
