• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field preferred. • Experience working as a Process Engineer with powder and liquid formulations. • Background in household cleaning, personal care, or adjacent consumer products preferred. • Strong understanding of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes. • Ability to assess contract manufacturer equipment capabilities and limitations. • Experience troubleshooting production issues and recommending practical formula or process adjustments. • Knowledge of excipients, processing aids, and raw materials that support manufacturability. • Comfortable balancing manufacturability, product claims, specifications, quality, and cost. • ## Location & Travel: • Remote, full-time position with candidates ideally in the Midwest or Mountain regions. • This role requires frequent (60-80%) travel to contract manufacturing sites. • We prioritize our planet and our people.
