Fusion Worldwide - Test Automation Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Test Automation. • Strong manual testing and defect investigation skills. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is required. • Experience writing clear and effective test cases. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. • Experience working with web-based business applications. • Hands-on experience with Playwright or equivalent UI test automation framework. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Experience testing .NET applications. • Familiarity with SQL and database validation. • Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools. • Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps. • Experience in ERP, warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or business management systems. • What Success Looks Like: • Consistently identifies defects before production releases. • Demonstrates a strong testing discipline and ownership. • Challenges assumptions and verify business workflows thoroughly. • Works effectively with developers and stakeholders. • Builds a reliable Playwright suite that reduces manual regression effort over time. • Help improve delivery quality while maintaining development velocity.
