Netcraft - Senior Product Manager
Responsibilities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to collect feedback and gather and prioritise product requirements. • Work closely with Engineering to ensure successful roadmap execution while building alignment and support for key initiatives across technical and business stakeholders. • Using analytics and user research, measures the success of feature releases and help inform future development decisions. • Collaborating with Marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies and materials. • Supporting sales efforts through product knowledge and participation in customer discussions. • Collaborating with UX/UI teams to help build and deliver an outstanding customer experience. • To Be Successful, You'll Need • Previous proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS setting. • Exceptional communication skills; ability to clearly articulate what is being built and why, and engage effectively with all relevant stakeholders. • Demonstrable experience of successful decision making and product/feature launches. • Experience of designing and implementing a product management process and using that process to develop products/features from ideation to delivery across cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to respond to and prioritise changing needs effectively. • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and deliver on time to a high standard. • A strong understanding of software development. • Good data analysis skills, gathering meaningful insights from service analytics and stakeholders. • Experience working in cybersecurity preferred. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience leveraging modern product management platforms and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and execution.
