FalconX - Director, Product Security

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, focusing on product or infrastructure security and incident management. • Strong knowledge of security architecture, detection, monitoring, and incident response. • Proven track record in leading security initiatives in the FinTech or related industries. • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and architectures. • Proficient in the latest cybersecurity technologies and tools. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. • Onsite Requirements - 3 days a week in our NYC office • The base pay for this role is expected to be between $281,000 - $355,000 for a Director level in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
