AHEAD - Senior Software Developer
Requirements
• 6+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in Elixir and Phoenix, with hands-on experience building applications in Phoenix LiveView. • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), data modeling, and Ecto. • Good testing practices and experience with CI/CD, build tooling, and containerization. • Fluency with modern AI development tools and coding agents, and the judgment to verify what they produce. • A strong understanding of and passion for software design, architecture, and usability. • Experience with other backend languages, and some experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks. • Experience working on a distributed team across time zones, with clear, direct written and verbal communication in English. • Comfortable working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn business problems into working software. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make sound decisions with incomplete information. • Driven to keep learning and stay current with the latest in development practices and tooling. • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs and cloud infrastructure is a plus. • Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing, or supply chain is a plus.
