M0 - Solutions Architect
Requirements
• 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role—Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Integrations/Implementation Engineer, or a developer who has moved toward go-to-market. • Genuine technical depth: comfort reading API documentation, reasoning about system architecture and integrations, and holding your own with senior engineers. Hands-on coding experience is a strong plus. • Experience selling or implementing technical infrastructure, APIs, or developer-facing platforms; familiarity with stablecoins, crypto, payments, or fintech is a strong advantage. • A proven ability to lead technical discovery and evaluations that result in closed business. • Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience presenting to and building trust with technical and executive audiences. • Technically credible: You can go deep with engineers and architects, then zoom out and make the same system clear to a non-technical stakeholder—often in the same call. • Sound judgment: You know the difference between "I've got this," "let's get Product on this roadmap question," and "Integrations needs to scope this," and you route accordingly. • Collaborative communicator: You build strong relationships across Sales, Product, Integrations Engineering, and with customers' technical teams. • Delivery-focused: You keep the end goal—a technically sound, closed deal—in view and drive toward it without getting lost in distractions. • Proactive problem solver: You anticipate objections and technical blockers early and take decisive action to resolve them.
Responsibilities
• Translate customer requirements into a clear picture of how M0's application, distribution, and issuance layers fit their stack, and translate M0's capabilities into the customer's language. • Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept, and scope integration work with the customer to move deals toward close. • Exercise judgment on escalation—surfacing roadmap and product-fit questions to Product, and handing off implementation, scoping, and technical blockers to Integrations Engineering with clean, complete context. • Handle technical objections and security, compliance, and architecture questions, and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs. • Act as the feedback loop from the field to Product, bringing back patterns, gaps, and competitive signals that shape the roadmap.
