Requirements

We're an AI-first company; expect to vibe-code working prototypes without waiting for engineers (and expect to do exactly that in our interview process) • Natural curiosity, resilience, and a will to make an impact • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English • Knowledge of SQL • Things you've already vibe-coded and shipped — side projects, automations, internal tools (show us!) • Exposure to RPA, low-code tools, or scripting • Experience in property, marketplaces, or other operationally intensive businesses
Responsibilities
• Owning and delivering operational projects end-to-end: process rollouts, SOP design and adoption, KPI dashboards, post-acquisition operational clean-ups • Building and optimising scalable processes to support Dwelly's rapid growth • Digging into data to find inefficiencies, proposing the fix, and implementing it yourself • Coordinating across ops, finance, people, and tech teams — and the local teams of our acquired agencies • Proactively surfacing risks and blockers, and driving them to resolution
