Requirements

We're an AI-first company; expect to vibe-code working prototypes without waiting for engineers (and expect to do exactly that in our interview process) • Natural curiosity, resilience, and a will to make an impact • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English • Knowledge of SQL • Things you've already vibe-coded and shipped — side projects, automations, internal tools (show us!) • Exposure to RPA, low-code tools, or scripting • Experience in property, marketplaces, or other operationally intensive businesses
Responsibilities
• Own ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, product, agency teams, and our maintenance provider network (maintenance supply management, process rollouts, SOP design and adoption, KPI dashboards, post-acquisition integration support, and more) • Own the feedback loop for our maintenance provider platform and mobile app, relaying user feedback to the product team and vibe-coding fixes yourself • Test and iterate scalable processes and playbooks, then take what works and roll it out across our acquired agencies (some UK travel required) • Dig into data to identify the root cause of problems, propose solutions, and implement them yourself • Execute initiatives to drive revenue from our ancillary services while maintaining exceptional landlord and tenant experience • Build and optimise processes to improve speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency without compromising on service standards
