• 1–3 years in Internal IT, IT Support, or IT Operations. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in IT. • Interest in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, REST APIs a plus). • Familiar with MDM (Jamf/Intune) and macOS/Windows environments. • Good OS knowledge; support upgrades and device compliance. • Automation-first mindset to reduce manual tasks. • Experience with remote teams and asynchronous communication. • Excellent written communication and service orientation. • Fluent English (US/UK) or FR; B2 level. • Enthusiasm for Convexity environment.
