Requirements
• 1-2 years of sales operations or consulting experience in a fast growing environment serving private markets clients. • Graduated from top tier university. • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude essential. • Proficient in manipulating and visualising data to suit different end users equally. • Creative problem solver, able to think of out of the box solutions to potential problems. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly. • Confident and capable in presenting to individuals and groups at different levels both internally and externally. • Self-aware team player, open to receiving/providing honest feedback to peers. • Ability to understand wider business needs for prioritising effort effectively.
Responsibilities
• Working on the future of work, investments and sustainability/ethical investing for world's best investors. • Joining a scale up business with growth beyond natural cycles requires quick adaptation and continual reprioritization to keep Atominvest growing year over year at SaaS company pace. • Blend of sales development support, learning the sales craft, transition into full sales role over time. • Active participation in selling process: understanding who we sell to, positioning our solutions, engaging in live sales conversations up to closings. • Assisting with pipeline management and client engagement through prospecting, coordination of meetings and events. • Shadowing team members and contributing to sales activities for business wins and meeting targets. • Deepening private markets knowledge and becoming comfortable interacting with C suite contacts at our prospects' companies.
