• 3+ years of experience in homebuilding, architecture, construction, or a related technical field — or equivalent time in CAD/BIM production environments • Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard CAD/BIM software and experience on complex projects • A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work on deadline in collaborative team environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable working with both internal teams and customer contacts • An organized, proactive approach to your own workload with a habit of surfacing issues early • Genuine curiosity about homebuilding processes, option management, and plan documentation • A major plus if you also bring: • Direct experience with homebuilding workflows, production plans, or builder option configuration • Familiarity with construction documentation standards or residential architecture • WORKING AT HIGHARC • Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018.
