In a small team, that means picking up work outside your core area when it matters. • Fintech, brokerage, or banking experience, especially account onboarding with identity and compliance checks. • Experience building white-label or embeddable products for B2B customers. • Experience integrating fintech SDKs such as Plaid or Persona, or e-signature tools. • Comfort with AI-assisted development such as Claude Code, which the team uses heavily.
