Requirements
• 8+ years of direct line management experience of technical or hybrid technical/operational teams, with a track record of hiring, developing, and managing senior individual contributors. • Solid understanding of payments — familiarity with card schemes, payment method integrations, and API-based payment flows is strongly preferred. • Comfortable with technical concepts at the API and systems level; able to engage credibly with engineers and technical partners without needing to be a hands-on software engineer. • Proven experience driving operational improvements — identifying the root causes of recurring issues and building sustainable processes, tooling, or automation to address them. • Strong communicator and cross-functional influencer; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partner teams. • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and payment partner counterparts. • High agency: you don't wait for direction.
