• Support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of large institutional client relationships, ensuring requests and deliverables are tracked and completed on time
• Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams to triage client needs and drive timely resolution
• Manage incoming requests across accounts, prioritize workflows, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Assist in preparing for client meetings, including developing agendas, coordinating materials, and tracking follow-ups
• Track key initiatives, deliverables, and timelines across client coverage to ensure alignment and accountability
• Coordinate account setup, provisioning, and ongoing updates in partnership with internal teams
• Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, or gaps that could impact the client experience across accounts
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices
• Support reporting and insights that help inform account strategy, client health, and growth opportunities
