Whoop - Director, Product Integrity Engineering

• 12+ years in hardware reliability, product quality, global manufacturing quality, or test engineering in high-volume consumer electronics or wearable/medical device • Deep experience in global manufacturing environments, including multi-site quality management, contract manufacturing, and supply chain quality systems • Expertise in Design-for-Reliability (DfR), manufacturing quality systems, and validation methodologies including HALT/HASS/ALT, PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and 8D • Proven track record of improving yield, reducing escapes, and scaling quality across multiple regions and manufacturing partners • Strong experience driving standardization and governance across global sites, including KPI alignment and escalation systems • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams and influence across engineering, operations, and data science • Experience integrating field telemetry and predictive reliability analytics into product and manufacturing improvements • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering • A passion for the WHOOP mission and a drive to set new standards for health technology reliability • This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
