Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning data platform, data integration, or data infrastructure products • Deep familiarity with enterprise data concepts including ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema management, data quality, and lineage — and the ability to translate these into clear product decisions • Experience working with healthcare data including eligibility, claims, pharmacy and everything in between • Ability to operate at both the strategic and the technical level - you can read a pipeline architecture diagram and write a crisp product brief for the same feature • Strong cross-functional instincts — you know how to align Data Engineering, Client Success, Analytics, and Compliance around a shared roadmap • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping as you'll need to balance competing priorities with limited resources • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data lakehouse architectures • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI deployment in enterprise settings • Background building internal or developer-facing tools
