Requirements

• A commercial attorney with healthcare experience who thrives in high-velocity, mission-driven environments and is comfortable owning the contracting function with minimal oversight. • commercial attorney • 5+ years of experience handling commercial contracts in-house and/or at a law firm, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare or life sciences. Experience on both the sell-side (customer/partner agreements) and buy-side (vendor/procurement contracts) is preferred. • Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and clinical licensure and scope-of-practice requirements. Experience with HIPAA and privacy law is a plus. Responsibilities
