Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related design roles. • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem solving, and shipped digital products. • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools. • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems. • Ability to simplify complex workflows, data, and user journeys into intuitive experiences. • Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance design, research, prototyping, and productivity. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and excited to help build products from zero to one.
