Responsibilities
• Demonstrate end to end solutions for public safety sUAS operations across a regional territory of State and local government agencies. • Conduct thorough discovery as well as capture customer feedback used to guide product development. • Work cross functionally to prepare Customer Success Plans. • Collaborate with Nation’s Public Safety agencies to understand their needs and develop tailored drone solutions. • Assist with the coordination, provide technical support for “early access” pilot programs of Skydio products. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
