Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Programme Management or Business Analysis within a software development environment. • Demonstrable experience supporting multi-market product rollouts or large cross-functional programmes. • Demonstrable experience of actively using AI tools day-to-day (e.g. Copilot, Claude) to speed up analysis/documentation • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development processes, including Agile methodologies. • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking programme KPIs and operational metrics. • Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar). • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and seniority levels. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and pace. • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams across markets simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), Billing systems (Netsuite), and product configuration / pricing / quoting tooling. • Exposure to the automotive, SaaS, or B2B enterprise technology sectors. • Business analysis certification or familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g. BABOK, BPMN). • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights. • Proven ability to work effectively with global, multi-cultural, cross-functional stakeholders. • Experience working with hub or regional operating models across multiple geographies.
