Requirements
• Experience: +3 years of commercial software engineering experience, ideally with experience building or maintaining distributed systems or backend APIs. • Hands-on Coder: You are a strong practitioner who loves shipping clean, readable code and takes pride in seeing features go live. • Tech Stack Proficiency: Proficient in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, Go) and comfortable working within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Pragmatic Mindset: You understand the balance between elegant code and delivering real value to users in a fast-moving startup environment. • Curious & First-Principles Thinker: You enjoy dissecting how systems work under the hood and are ready to quickly pick up domain concepts like options pricing, execution mechanics, and financial regulations. • All engineers at Investa participate in supporting our production applications. This involves responding to critical system events outside of working hours and ensuring our platform stays dependable.
