Responsibilities
• Hire bar-raising talent across the business: you’ll hire for a range of roles, from implementation, support and technical account management to commercial and engineering, bringing in the people who’ll take Ben forward as we scale. • Be a true partner to hiring managers: work with team leads, heads of department and the C-suite to agree what we need, when we need it and why, using data to guide those decisions. • Bring our employer brand to life: help elevate how Ben shows up, from events to the careers page, so candidates get a real sense of what it’s like to work here. • Build AI into how we hire: trial and build agents and workflows that give hiring teams better tools and free up time for the work that matters. • Make our hiring process best in class: gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from candidates and hiring managers, spot what’s slowing us down, test changes and keep what works.
