Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 business development and ecosystem partnerships • Deep knowledge of the Web3 space, especially gaming and token incentive models • Prior experience working with Web3 gaming and knowledge of traditional gaming business models is preferred • Understanding of zero-knowledge tech and its potential in decentralized infrastructure • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage the Web3 ecosystem partnerships in EMEA regions including Berlin, France, Poland, London, Iberia Spain, Lisbon, and Türkiye. • Oversee special Xsolla initiatives such as Xsolla Plus to enhance user experience within our platform's web3 integration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Web3 strategies across different markets in EMEA regions. • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders involved in the Xsolla ecosystem for mutual growth opportunities. • Monitor market trends and technological advancements within the web3 space to stay ahead of competitors and identify new business prospects or challenges that may impact our operations. • Provide regular reports on Web3 partnership progress, including financial performance metrics, user engagement data, and strategic insights for decision-making purposes at all levels of management. • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration between Xsolla's web3 platform and partner systems while maintaining high standards of security and compliance across different jurisdictions in EMEA regions. • Represent our company as an industry thought leader by participating in relevant conferences, workshops, or seminars to share knowledge about the latest developments within Xsolla's web3 ecosystem partnerships. • Engage with customers and potential clients through various channels such as social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, events, etc., while providing personalized support for their specific needs related to our platform’s Web3 features or services offered by partner companies within the Xsolla network. • Develop a comprehensive training program tailored towards educating employees about best practices when working with partners on web3 projects and ensuring they understand how these collaborations impact overall business goals across multiple markets in EMEA regions simultaneously without compromising quality standards or customer satisfaction levels throughout all touchpoints within our organization's ecosystem. • Actively seek feedback from internal teams, customers/clients alike regarding areas where improvements can be made concerning existing partnerships with other companies operating alongside us under Xsolla umbrella across different markets in EMEA regions simultaneously without compromising quality standards or customer satisfaction levels throughout all touchpoints within our organization's ecosystem. • Identify potential new business opportunities by conducting market research on emerging trends related to web3 technologies and partner companies operating alongside us under Xsolla umbrella across different markets in EMEA regions simultaneously without compromising quality standards or customer satisfaction levels throughout all touchpoints within our organization's ecosystem. • Negotiate contract terms with prospective partners, ensuring alignment of goals between parties involved while maintaining fair
