Requirements
• Experience coordinating delivery on data centre or complex capital projects • Strong organisational skills, comfortable tracking multiple workstreams in parallel • Good judgement on when to resolve an issue directly versus escalate • Clear communication skills, able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on project environment • Willingness to be based on-site as required by the project • Experience specifically on data centre or MEP-heavy construction projects • Familiarity with project controls tools and reporting practices • Background progressing toward a Project Delivery Manager role
Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across design, procurement, execution, safety, quality and controls workstreams • Track progress against the project plan and flag emerging risks or delays early • Run regular cross-discipline coordination meetings and follow up on actions • Support the Project Delivery Manager with day-to-day decision-making and problem-solving • Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and status reporting • Help resolve interface issues between disciplines before they affect schedule or cost • Support readiness planning ahead of key milestones and stage gates • Assist with onboarding new team members and contractors into project processes • Escalate significant issues to the Project Delivery Manager with clear context and options
