Responsibilities
β’ Become a convexity master thanks to our onboarding process β’ Develop a strong understanding of our product, value proposition, and Enterprise buyer personas β’ Discover the Enterprise EMEA account landscape and priority segments β’ Align with Enterprise AEs, KAMs, and Marketing on key outbound initiatives β’ Define the initial EMEA Enterprise Outbound strategy and roadmap β’ Launch and execute your first targeted strategic campaigns within named accounts β’ Be the point of contact to report on Enterprise sourcing performance and early experimental results β’ Successfully generate high-value qualified meetings with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts β’ Build the "Enterprise Outbound Playbook": identifying successful strategies and turning them into repeatable programs β’ Contribute as a subject-matter expert on Enterprise prospecting best practices, sharing knowledge with the wider organization β’ Operate multiple strategic campaigns across EMEA segments and regions β’ Have fully architected a scalable Enterprise sourcing machine β’ Be fully autonomous and accountable on your scope, having turned experimental initiatives into a core driver of EMEA revenue β’ Prepare for your next step within 360Learning, ensuring your key learnings and efficiency improvements are documented and handed over β’ Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities generated β’ ## The Skill Set β’ Master's degree in a related field (preferred) β’ First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, in a customer facing role / Marketing/ Ops functions β’ Experience working with Enterprise or large accounts is a strong plus β’ Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution β’ Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously β’ Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft preferred) β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations β’ Fluent English required (additional European languages are a plus) β’ Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity_360L
