NICE - Senior Cloud Operations Engineer
Requirements
• 5+ years working in a large production infrastructure • 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment • 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS • Experience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, or Amazon Linux) • Experience successfully working in fast-paced production environments with rapidly changing priorities and timelines • Microsoft and Linux OS Patching • Strong Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory and DNS • Experience working with Change Management • You will have an advantage if you also have: • Experience working in a PCI / Cyber Essentials compliant environment • AWS EKS and ECS Experience • Experience maintaining relational databases • Experience working with Chef, Ansible or Puppet • Experience working with SAN or NAS • Experience working with Okta • Experience working with Hardware Replacements/Vendor Work • Experience managing Cisco UCS • Experience monitoring and maintaining AWS environments. • Experience working with PowerShell and other scripting languages
