NICE - Cloud Operations Engineer - Night shift 10PM to 6AM
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. • 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments. • 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience in enterprise production environments. • 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting server hardware and operating systems. • Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and timelines. • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure services. • Experience with Windows and Linux operating system patching and maintenance. • Intermediate Linux administration skills and practical operational experience. • Experience following change management processes and operational governance standards. • You will have an advantage if you also have: • Experience working within PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials, or other regulated compliance environments. • Experience with AWS EKS and ECS container platforms. • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Puppet. • Experience managing SAN and NAS storage environments. • Experience with Okta identity and access management solutions. • Experience supporting hardware lifecycle management and vendor coordination activities. • Experience managing Cisco UCS environments. • Strong AWS monitoring and infrastructure management experience. • Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and operational efficiency.
