rula - Sr. Data Engineer (Remote)
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field, including ownership of production data pipelines and systems. • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. • Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and data platforms. • Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and delivering solutions in partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience independently driving projects from design through production deployment and operational support. • Experience implementing data security, governance, or access control practices for sensitive data. • Experience with large language models (LLMs), semantic layers, model context protocols (MCPs), or related technologies. • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Spark, Kafka, Iceberg, or similar technologies. • Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. • Experience working under HIPAA or other regulated environments. • Experience designing data architectures that enable large language models (LLMs) to securely access and reason over enterprise data. • Experience in influencing technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring other engineers. • We're serious about your well-being!
