• What Your Impact Will Look Like: • Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts across target industries and geographies. • Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases, ensuring accurate, complete, and campaign-ready contact information. • Source and enrich data using tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other enrichment platforms. • Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows to improve efficiency, coverage, and scalability. • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including data validation, field standardization, lifecycle stage accuracy, and regular audits. • Identify, manage, and eliminate duplicate accounts and contacts to ensure reliable CRM data. • Segment accounts and leads based on ICP criteria such as industry, region, revenue, and technology stack, and assign them to SDRs and AEs based on territory or campaign requirements. • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams to support outbound initiatives and report on database quality, enrichment coverage, and data gaps. • 1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles. • Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms. • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication. • Familiarity with data enrichment workflows, lead sourcing, and outbound prospecting processes. • Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to streamline data workflows is preferred. • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy and governance standards. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams
