Encora - Junior Manual Tester

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • 1–4 years of experience in manual software testing (adjust based on hiring needs). • Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and test execution reports. • Knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and UAT testing. • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Bugzilla). • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. • Familiarity with API testing using tools such as Postman is an advantage. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • ISTQB certification is a plus. • Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
