Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital healthStrong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (e.g., payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, value-based care)Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiencesExceptional written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with crafting attractive deal specific slides in Google Slides and Powerpoint • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processesProficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools • This remote opportunity is available to US based persons. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Commercial team to develop winning strategies and accelerate enterprise growth • Conduct market, prospect, and stakeholder research to inform deal strategy and uncover opportunities • Design tailored solution strategies that align Twin's capabilities with prospect priorities • Translate complex clinical, product, and operational concepts into compelling executive-level narratives, presentations, and business cases • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve commercial effectiveness • Collaborate across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing strategy and messaging • Participate in cross-functional planning for pilots, strategic initiatives, and enterprise implementations • Drive operational excellence by improving commercial processes, CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and reporting • Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and rigor across all deliverables

Benefits
