Responsibilities

• Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform and onboard business systems to improve overall engineering efficiency and delivery quality; • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Pipeline, ArgoCD), driving standardization, automation, and observability; • Drive the AI-Native evolution of CI/CD, introducing AI Agent / LLM for intelligent code review, pipeline self-healing, smart test orchestration, and change-risk prediction; • AI-Native evolution of • CI/CD • Build DevSecOps capabilities, embedding Shift-Left Security across the lifecycle with SAST, DAST, SCA, image/secret scanning, and security gates to ensure supply-chain security; • DevSecOps capabilities • Establish standardized Change Management, covering requests, risk assessment, approvals (CAB), canary releases, rollback, and change traceability; • Change Management • What We Look For In You • Solid CS fundamentals (OS, networking, distributed systems, data structures & algorithms); • Proficient in DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks; • Familiar with DevSecOps concepts and security toolchains, understanding supply-chain security and compliance; • Knowledge of AI / LLM in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios, with an AI-Native engineering mindset; • Familiar with the Java stack, with broad awareness of multi-language and business-side technologies; • Strong product sense, ownership, and ability to work under pressure; • Fluent English communication for efficient cross-regional collaboration.
