Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end People processes, practices, and policies to enable teams for making sound, fair, and legally compliant people decisions. • Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development delivering solutions that strengthen capability and support business objectives and functional goals. • Contribute to the design of scalable, consistent, and reusable People frameworks and practices across regions while allowing for appropriate local delivery and compliance as part of a global team. • Be tech-savvy with AI awareness in supporting digital transformation within Professional Services & Support Functions departments. • Translate insights into actionable strategies, helping leaders adapt roles, skills, and operating models to new ways of working driven by automation and digitization. • Spend time between Durham, Kenilworth, and London offices meeting regularly with stakeholders across Professional Services & Support departments.
