Requirements
• We are looking for a Strategic Product Partnerships Lead to drive partnerships that accelerate Manychat’s AI and agentic product roadmap. • Strategic Product Partnerships Lead • AI and agentic product roadmap • This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business development, working closely with leadership to identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships across the AI ecosystem. • product, engineering, and business development • You will collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development and the CTO, partnering with product, engineering, legal, and finance to support build / buy / partner decisions and expand Manychat’s capabilities through strategic collaborations. • Head of Business Development and the CTO • build / buy / partner decisions • This role requires someone who understands the rapidly evolving AI landscape, can translate technical needs into partnership opportunities, and can structure partnerships that support long-term product growth. • AI landscape • 10+ years in Product Partnerships or Business Development, with significant experience in AI and agentic ecosystems • Deep, hands-on understanding of the AI / agentic stack (models, inference, orchestration, data, platform APIs) — you can hold your own in a technical conversation • Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders to drive partnership outcomes • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Track record of closing high-impact AI partnerships that directly accelerated a product roadmap • Familiarity with embedded product integration partnerships (payments, CRM, e-commerce) is a plus
Responsibilities
• Lead strategic AI partnerships that accelerate ManyChat's AI and agentic product roadmap • Partner with executives, product, engineering, legal, and finance to drive build / buy / partner decisions • Identify, structure, and negotiate partnerships with key players across the AI ecosystem (frontier models, hyperscalers, data providers, social platforms, model infrastructure) • Translate product and technical requirements into scalable partnership frameworks and pipeline • Provide forward-looking insight on the evolving AI landscape to inform product and company strategy • Support corporate development initiatives including diligence, deal structuring, and onboarding of strategic partners or acqui-hires • Own broader product partnership needs as they arise including embedded third-party integrations (eg. payments, SMS, CRM, ecommerce)
