Requirements
• 3–4 Years of Experience: You’ve spent time in a high-growth fintech or a top-tier "Tech/Crypto" law firm practice. You don't need a partner to tell you how to redline a master services agreement. • On-Chain Fluency: You know how to use a block explorer. You understand the difference between liquid staking and traditional deposits, and you can explain it to a regulator. • Builder Mindset: You find ways to say "yes, if..." rather than "no, because..." You are comfortable with the ambiguity of the 2026 regulatory landscape. • Efficiency: As a part-time collaborator, you are a master of triaging tasks. You know which 20% of a contract carries 80% of the risk.
Responsibilities
• Lead legal reviews for new features on the ether.fi protocol and ether.fi Cash. You will navigate the legal and regulatory nuances of non-custodial architecture, slashing risks, L2 migrations, and other crypto-related issues across unlimited jurisdictions. • Act as a legal point of contact for day-to-day operations. You will draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, from partner integrations, vendor MSAs, commission agreements, liquidity provider, MOUs, LOIs, and other contracts. • You’ll draft and review user-facing terms, update website content when new features or promotions launch, ensure we communicate risk clearly, while complying with financial promotion regulations (SEC, CFTC, and MiCA). • Handle some day-to-day employment related issues, including immigration , and employee and contractor agreements.
